Islamabad United Squad 2020

Islamabad United is a team which competes in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The team was formed in 2015 as the result of the formation of the Pakistani League known as PSL.  Islamabad is the two-time champions of PSL and as well the Champions of Inaugural Edition also. Shoaib Naveed is the current Chief Operating Officer of the franchise and RehanUlHaq is on the post of General Manager and Hassan Cheema is the one who is designated for the post of Strategy Manager. The team is coached by the Former Pakistani Captain and Present Pakistani Coach Misbah-ul-Haq. The team is under the captaincy of Muhammad Sami while Shadab Khan backs the team with his role of being the Vice-Captain.

Islamabad United is referred to as the most successful franchise in PSL history as they are only to have the most number of PSL wins (2). They have been champions in the first edition of the tournament and then regaining the crown in the 3rd edition by beating Peshawar Zalmi. Islamabad has also played a vital role in producing young talent and key players for the Pakistan National team like Shadab Khan, Asif Ali and Muhammad Musa.

The teams Jersey has a primary red color with the shades of Yellow onto it to make it more attractive. The logo has a roaring lion on it with 2 stars representing that they have been 2-time champions are ready to conquer more.
